Have you ever met with someone for the first time, and you assess them to be in a position much lower than they really are? Or have you ever had someone think that you are the janitor instead of the manager. There is no getting away form it. As humans, we judge by what we see, and although its not a fair barometer to predicate our assessment, its the way the world works.
